Why do I have to enroll in Virtual Branch when I am already enrolled in HFS?

Virtual Branch is the next generation of online account access where you can easily access all of your accounts, as well as IPAY, our online bill pay program. Virtual Branch shows all of your account relationships on one screen and offers "Single Sign On" for account access and Online Bill Pay.

Why can't I be automatically converted over to Virtual Branch? Why must I re-enroll?

Virtual Branch offers the latest security enhancements. When you enroll, you will set up your security questions. This added security will make your online banking experience safer.
