New Willoughby Branch Manager

Cardinal announces new Willoughby Branch Manager: Jared Furnia.

Six years ago, I began my banking career at First Federal of Lakewood. Within a year, I was promoted to Branch Operations Manager. And in March 2018, I transferred to Rocky River to serve as their Manager, and dedicated the remainder of my tenure to operations and sales of the Rocky River Branch. I was instrumental in increasing deposits on file, developing a robust loan pipeline, as well as achieving my national mortgage license.

I grew up in Syracuse, New York,  but moved to Ohio in 2013 to begin a banking career. During my time in Ohio: I met my wife, bought a house in University Heights, and had my first child.

My favorite pastime is participating in sports. I was an alpine ski racer in my youth, and was fortunate to travel the world for competitions.

In 2010 I graduated from Keuka College in New York with a Bachelors is Science in Business Management. I played lacrosse all through college, and now coach the 8th grade lacrosse team in Chagrin Falls. I am excited to join Cardinal and sincerely look forward to years of satisfaction, knowing I have helped members on the road to financial security.
