From the loan specialist to the drive-through teller to the management and the greeter near the entrance, everyone has been super-accommodating, friendly and professional. Although it’s an inconvenience to have your account frozen due to suspected fraud, I love that the fraud department is very diligent……catching spending habits that seem out of the norm. Most of the time it is just a precaution but it gives me peace of mind that if it was actually fraud, it would be caught and stopped quickly.
Customer service has always been great, everyone is friendly, suggesting changes to my account, helping with online services, just guidance in general…..especially with 401K rollover….I didn’t feel rushed. I’ve banked here for many years with no reason to change.

Well good news is I got a car! Bad news is I won’t be needing the credit union loan. Last Thursday, I went to Enterprise Car Sales to get an idea of how much a vehicle was going to cost “out the door”. I found something in my price range and they were able to finance the balance after I gave them a down payment. I am so happy and so relieved from the stress and unknown of how it would all work out. I drove home with a 2017 Chevy Sonic Premier Turbo under 15K. And it was fully loaded. Leather seats, heated seats and steering wheel, Bluetooth, back up camera, etc….I love it and never imagined I would wind up with this much “luxury”. And with very affordable monthly payments.
I am so pleased and touched by the way you were there for me Perry. You were very positive, listened, explained, and tried in every way to help me through this situation. And, it has turned into a blessing all the way around. You were a big part of this journey. Thank you for everything Perry.
